serve you in your financial planning, financial statements, agricultural program applications and tax

personal information helps the partners and staff at GKDP to provide you with

understanding and commitment from us that this information will by used only for
the purpose for which it was collected.
We may share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants and other parties who require such information to assist us with managing our relationships with you and providing our products and services to you.

party unless we have your consent either written or oral and we will ensure that
the third party is aware of your consent to our collection of your personal

If you are currently a client we may possess personal
information about you that was collected and used prior to implementing our
Privacy Policy, for which we do not have your express consent.
We will continue to use this information for the purposes listed unless
you ask us to stop using the information for a specific purpose.
From time to time we me may rely on your implied consent to
collect, use or disclose personal information, but only in cases where it would
be reasonable to assume your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time upon reasonable
notice to GKDP, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

ability of GKDP to be able to continue to provide services to you as requested.

possession. These are designed to protect against loss and unauthorized

GKDP stores information
in a secured database which can only be accessed by password.
We take great care in making sure that information that is no longer
required by GKDP is disposed of in an appropriate manner or returned to you.

orally or written by you.
You have the right to access your personal information that
is in our custody subject to any legal restrictions or rights of GKDP.
You also have the right to know of any third parties that we have shared

make your request in writing to GKDP’s Privacy Officer advising them of which
personal information you are requesting. Please
make sure that your request is as detailed as possible.
Your request will be dealt with in a timely manner and
should we be unable to provide you with the information right away you will be
notified of the reason. GKDP may
charge you a reasonable fee for providing access to the information but you will
be given an estimated cost before the information is retrieved.
